Working principle
When working, materials are added from the hopper and pushed and squeezed by the screw, causing the temperature of the materials to rise and the viscosity to increase. They are then extruded from the template holes and cut to form cylindrical particles.

Both continuous and intermittent operation are acceptable, with unidirectional rotation (when facing the machine head, the screw should rotate clockwise and not reverse);
This machine has a simple structure, easy maintenance, and strong adaptability. Suitable for granulation of various powdered materials.
